Job description
We are looking for a well-spoken, determined and sales-focused team player who is able to keep up with our fast pace. As a Sales Rep, you will use leads to generate sales, provide information of our product and services to members, and you will work closely with the Sales Team and Management to develop strategies and processes. You will be the first point of contact of current and potential members. Last but not least, in your correspondence with members, you will be required maintain a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales goals
- Provide information about our memberships
- Inform prospects about products and services
- Organize and categorize sales lead information
- Research required information using available resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in sales calls
- Follow up member calls where necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Strong sales skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- A quick learner and ability to adapt to changes
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Salesforce experience would be an asset)
- Sales focused and a team player
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
